Return Policy
REFUNDS & RETURNS
GoldenDent is committed to providing a high level of customer service to its customers and understands that at times a sold product may need to be returned. We promise to do our best to deliver excellent products and great customer service related to any of your product concerns. With this being said we will accept returns for items purchased based on the following stated policies with no exceptions.
RETURN POLICY FOR SOLD PRODUCTS
RESTOCKING FEE
Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
- Product(s) must be authorized for return within 15 days of receiving order by calling our office at 1.586.585.1210 to obtain return form.
- All returned items must be clean, unused, and returned in the original packaging & condition as shipped with all components.
- Authorized returns must be shipped within 5 days from the approval date.
- If the wrong item shipped the restocking fee doesn't apply.
Products that are used will be subject to 15% restocking fee. GoldenDent does NOT charge restocking fees for returns of defective products or items that are un-opened in new condition. If you have received the wrong product, or we have made some other shipping error, there will be no restocking fee and NO charge for a return label, provided the item is returned with the return policy time period.
The following items will be denied for returns:
- Unauthorized returns without a return form will be refused.
- Non-defective items that are shown to have been used and installed.
- Non-defective items that are missing components (e.g., cords, tips, handpieces, etc.).
- Non-defective custom or special orders items.
- Items listed as “”Final Sale” as part of a promotion will be refused for return.
All returns must be initiated by calling our offices at 1.586.585.1210.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Return for refund will be denied for any of the following reasons:
- Items that are in used condition.
- Items that are damaged, missing pieces or show signs of misuse.
- Items that are returned after 15 days from shipping date.
- Items that are custom and are non-standard products.
SPECIFICALLY STATED NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS THAT MAY NOT BE RETURNED (EXCEPTIONS TO 15-DAY RETURN POLICY)
Extractions
Physics Forceps Bumper Guards are non-refundable.
Regenerative Materials
Regenerative Materials - including, but not limited to, GoldOss Allograft, Osteogen Plugs, Membranes, Bioviva, Collaplugs or other graft materials are non-refundable. Due to the specific requirements associated with these products (e.g., temperature, storage, shelf life) no returns or exchanges will be accepted. It does not matter if the product has not been openened as we cannot ensure it was properly stored for heat and/or cold temperatures.
Smart Dentin Grinder Intro Kit and Consumable Kit are non-refundable.
Sutures
Sutures are non-refundable.
Endo
All endo files are non-refundable.
Endo sealer is non-refundable.
Gutta Percha & Paper Points are non-refundable.
All Endo Obturation tips are non-refundable.
Endo Irrigation Needles are non-refundable.
Endo Irrigation Solutions are non-refundable.
Restorative
Wagotrix Sectional Matrix System - All parts and instruments are non-refundable
Wagofil Composite is non-refundable.
Curing Light Sleeves are non-refundable.
Implantology
Penguin consumable aspects (i.e., the Multipegs) are non-refundable.
MD Guide Intro Kit are non-refundable
Burs
All Burs are non-refundable
Mirrors
All dental mirrors and mirror related products and parts - including the M1, M2, M3, M5, M6 and M7 mirrors are non-refundable.
Anesthesia
Tuttle Numb Now Training Materials and Needle Guides
Ultrasonic Tips / Laser Tips / Piezo Tips
All ultrasonic tips are non-refundable.
All Diode Laser tips are non-refundable.
All Piezo Bone Surgery Tips are non-refundable.
HVE
Ergofinger are non-refundable.
Tanigo are non-refundable.
IoRinse Mouth Wash
IoRinse products are non-refundable
Batteries
Batteries for any product are non-refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING & PACKAGING
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We do not provide return labels.
GoldenDent is NOT responsible and will NOT reimburse for products that are damaged, or lost, in transit when being shipping back to our office. Please package and insure the returning merchandise for the appropriate value. Ship the item via a courier of your choice to the address below. Packages must be returned prepaid, GoldenDent will NOT accept and COD deliveries or shipments.

Shipping charges for your order will not be refunded. GoldenDent is not responsible for the shipping costs for returned product to our office.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
GoldenDent will return, replace, or exchange any defective products. GoldenDent will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. Items must be in the condition in which they were purchased. GoldenDent will NOT reimburse or replace items that have been taken apart, dismantled or modified in any way. Any product defects must be reported within 15 days of receipt of the product.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued once the product has been received, inspected, and authorized for a refund.
Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of the product to apply any refund to the payment method used for the order minus any applicable fees.
Freight / Duties / Taxes are non-refundable
Who is responsible for custom duties & taxes on any order?
International shipments from the USA may encounter custom duty fees and/or taxes as determined by your local country. The fees are based on the destination and the regulations the country being shipped to may impose. Different countries have import procedures which are determined by the destination countries laws. These fees are not determined by GoldenDent or your shipping carrier. GoldenDent has no control over such costs.
The end customer (e.g., dentist or dental office) is responsible for any fees that may be incurred by your country if our products are shipped across international borders - including shipments from GoldenDent to Canada. GoldenDent only charges shipping costs and the customer is responsible for any fees, duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on your order by your local countries laws.
If a package is returned to GoldenDent because such fees have not been paid by the customer, for any reason, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs and fees GoldenDent may incur in receiving the package back to our office. Any fees incurred, including the original shipping costs on your order, will not be refunded.
