Woodpecker AP-A Dental Air Polisher

The Woodpecker AP-A Dental Air Polisher is a table top air polisher design (not hand-held like the AP-H model).

The Woodpecker AP-A offers efficient air polishing for your dental practice. This model has detachable three part handpieces to reduce powder clogging and allow for easier cleaning of the components. The Woodpecker AP-A has a smart designed powder tank to reduce fluid pressure loss and a handpiece nozzle shape to concentrate powder output for accurate air polishing.

Due to the large volume of chair types and unique connections for each brand of dental chair, the required adapter to use this product may not be provided. We have provided the most common parts and you should be able to install yourself, but you may need a local technical to install based on your specific setup.

Tubing is generally measured by the OD Outside Diameter because it is used with push-to-connect fittings. The tubing that comes with the APA, PTB & PTA models is 1/4” OD.

Common Configuration #1 (1/4 connection for WATER & AIR)

If your set-up has 1/4 connection for WATER & AIR please use the 1/4 quick connections provided.

Woodpecker only provides one 1/4 quick connect so please use included connection with your black water line. Use the extra DCI part 0015 to connect the 1/4 clear air tubing to your 1/4 chair connection.
